Someone just intro’d me to the word, idearrhea - idea/rrhea, i.e. diarrhea of ideas. The word doesn’t have much takeup yet, though there is an www.idearrhea.com with some really funny cat/kitten photos.

Yeah, I’ve had to deal with that.
I’ve found that the general worth of such a unrestricted (and often unwelcome) flow is about the same as it’s gastronomical counterpart.
It’s times like that I wish someone would invent a bottle of Mental-Bismo I could hand the person.
hi bradley
i hope this note finds you well.
in regards to the recent postings on elatable….is this the best you can possibly come up with?
when i first learned that you were starting a blog i was simply delighted. i’ve heard you speak at many conferences and you’re certainly a very smart and accomplished individual. i was looking forward to hearing your insights on communities, web technologies and yahoo (not necessarily in that order).
but after reviewing your posts, it seems they’re infrequent and banal musings on the most shallow of industry events.
i hope you don’t take offence as i mean this in the most constructive means possible. kindly consider making this blog what it should be.
best wishes
daniel
Thanks Daniel,
I appreciate the feedback, and will take it in the vein it’s intended.
But, yes, right now this is the best I can come up with. Yahoo needs my attention right now, and I’m pouring all my time, energy and thoughts into helping Yahoo through this difficult transition. I wish I had more bandwidth to invest in blogging, and I very much expect that I eventually will… But right now, it’s all about getting Yahoo poised to execute on our next phase of growth. Given the problems at the company (that are well documented and we’ve been open about…) this is no easy task!
So, don’t give up on me… I’ll be quiet for a while, but eventually will find the time to say something more substantial than the personal musings I’ve devolved into…
