Mansur’s passing

Rashi’s father Mansur, the silver Weimaraner

Today Rashi’s father Mansur left this world. It was a profound event, and I’m still collecting all of my feelings about it. He was a special dog, a special being. He traveled the world and touched so many people. I’m so glad that Rashi got to have Mansur close by for the first two years of her life. She always went ballistic when he was around, kissing him to death. He was very patient, very tolerant of her…

Mansur, yours was a life well lived. We will miss you, and I’m glad a piece of you lives in our Rashi.

    Hi Bradley!

Eventually get around to looking you up and find you’re at Yahoo and blogging away!
Sorry to hear about Mansur. Such a sweet dog. So happy to hear you have one of the pups.
Please see a big “HI” to Shamala and Mackie - I hope they are coping OK with Mansur’s transition.
We’re in London now - moi, Pashyanti, my 8 yrd old Sophia - and a 6 month old sprollie pup (x between springer spaniel and collie). Don’t think you ever met Sophia. Will have to send pics.
Anyway great to see ya and all the good stuff happening in your life.
(Have fond memories of madly working with you to get the bookstore website up… and it’s still there 8 years later!)
    Love
Mark, Pashyanti & Sophia (& Lila the puppy)
